Upgrade problem v0.70 RC1 -> Final

After succesfull upgrade process I got error message

Warning: include_once(./config/config.php) [function.include-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in [...]\htdocs\glpi\inc\includes.php on line 64
Warning: include_once() [function.include]: Failed opening './config/config.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;D:\OCS\xampp\php\pear\') in [...]\htdocs\glpi\inc\includes.php on line 64
Fatal error: Class 'Cache_Lite_File' not found in [...]\htdocs\glpi\inc\auth.function.php on line 454

Any suggestions /help would be appreciated ...

Please...

RC was only for test.

Upgrade process is only build to manage update from stable to stable version.

If even you want to update RC from stable, you need to know perfectly what you do and need to do.

I think you didnt undestand me well. Finally I upgraded from 0.68 Final to v0.70RC1 without any problems then I upgraded FROM RC1 to FINAL so could you focus on my current problem ?

I think that you didn't read well that was writen on our website

- 0.68.3 -> stable version

- 0.70 -> stable version

Upgrade process is code to update 0.68.3  to 0.70

0.7RC1, RC2, RC3, beta, dev  were only available for TEST to contribute for debug. We didn't provide upgrade process for this version.

Today I did an update from 0.68.3 to 0.70 (both stable) and I get the same message error
