Software Management in 0.70

So, is it possible for GLPI now to do the following when a new software install is available?
1. Look for entered licenses and decrement the one for the version installed
2. If there are less than 1 license available, add as default type with Bought set to no

Also, on the upgrade, I have several products like O&O defrag where we have a license for 8.x and 10.x. They got lumped into the same entry, a different entry even though I had a software entry for both 8 and 10 ... Now I've got computers with the same software and version under 2 different software entries.

Any ideas?
