OCS import

I think I am missing something as I have no option to set the OCS mode

I found the instructions to get there but when I open Admin tab there is no Settings option.

There is a Settings option next to Admin, and there is General under that, but no option to turn on OCS mode.

Please Advise, I am running the most current of both OCS and GLPI
