GLPI 0.68.3-2 -> 0.7 upgrade problem (language symbols)

After upgrade i loose all Latvian language special symbols āēīšķčķžņļū. They all are converted to "?" and sometimes sentence is split in the middle. So i'm forced to stay on old version hmm

Server: Gentoo Linux, 64bit
Database: MySQL 5.0.44, db encoding utf8_unicode_ci
PHP: 5.2.4-pl2-gentoo (more in phpinfo - https://lkk.no-ip.info/pinfo.php or https://lkk1.no-ip.info/pinfo.php)
Apache: 2.0.58-r2
Further information and/or shell/glpi/phpmyadmin access upon request.

Please help me decide - it is my server misconfiguration or GLPI bug?

It's curious, some russians users do the upgrade with no problems.

The upgrade process haven't been broken ?

Do you  edit directly some entries in your db with phpmyadmin ?

Re: GLPI 0.68.3-2 -> 0.7 upgrade problem (language symbols)

Only edits with Phpmyadmin i have done long ago - when i started to learn GLPI. Then i changed some software from 'global' to 'free'.
Other custom setup was as i started to translate GLPI to Latvian - i created and included language file.

Upgrade process gone smoothly, without errors. GLPI was in debug mode.

I placed GLPI 0.68.3-2 database dump temporarily here with user "glpi" password "glpipassword" - http://vic.velokurjers.lv/lkk/

Also GLPI and Phpmyadmin access is going to be sent to JMD.

Re: GLPI 0.68.3-2 -> 0.7 upgrade problem (language symbols)

I've try to upgrade your db  in 0.7 version  without any problem.

The special symbol seem to be ok on my screen.

Could you give me some example of page that are not ok ?

Re: GLPI 0.68.3-2 -> 0.7 upgrade problem (language symbols)

I ve sent your new db by mail.

It seems that the problem comes from the phpmyadmin importation.
