Also, when an email is sent after a ticket is open or updated, the previous ticket statuses are preceded by:

Ticket(s) already done :

This does not translate very well and should read something like:

Previous update(s) :

or

Ticket update(s) :

Does anyone agree?

Other than the minor translation issues, this application is in my opinion the best open source asset management and helpdesk application I have seen!  I would be happy to help in the English translation.
