Hi all
I am truly amazed by GLPI and I am glad that it is working well without any glitches for me like most other users. However, I feel that a major functionality of call escalation is missing from GLPI and this feature is on my wish list but I feel already developers would already be on that work or maybe someone has already implemented the same(so there is no point in re-inventing the wheel ).
(For a few laymen like me - Call Escalation is a feature where prioroty of any ticket is updated automatically as per the SLA (Service Level Agreement). For eg the priority of any ticket at first may be low when launched then as time passes by the priority may increase from Medium to High to Very High to URGENT)
I request the mods to kindly give me some insight/update on this feature or if permitted I may try to code for this feature and help to make this software more useful.
Regards
Dhiraj
