Ocs 0.7rc

I've just download the latest 0.7 to give it a try but there doesn't seem to be an OCS option like in 0.6x

Am i missing something? or has it not been done for 0.7 yet?

lol thanks for the quick reply.

I think i need my glasses changed.

A quick question on the helpdesk side.  What options are available for my End Users to send a support request?  is there a simple web page they could use that doesn't require them to log in? or E-mail support@mydomain.com?

there's an html page helpdesk.html (in front) or you can setup mail queues, in order to be able to open tickets by email
