Plug-In Issues

Hi all
After successfully installing the 0.7RC3 I would like to say GLPI sure is a rocking product and I m really impressed even with this trial installation of mine. I have installed around 23 plugins and figuring what plugin is doing what. Anyhow thts not my problem actually smile

The issues I am facing are as follows :

1) I have installed 23 plugins which shows quite well in the plug-in drop down but I only see 12 links in the horizontal menu bar. Kindly suggest how to view all links on the horizontal bar.

2) When I login using the glpi login , on the main page if I click the plugins
I see a message on the page saying
"A link to the Mysql server could not be established. Please Check your configuration."

3) I have installed appweb and sgbd but both appear as "Web Applications" although appweb shows version 1.3 and sgbd as v1.0. Why is it so ??

4) Although i have installed the Dump Entity plugin only once but in the Setup -> Plugins menu I see it twice.

Kindly help in rectifying the same .

Thanks in advance.

Re: Plug-In Issues

1) no there is a restriction. for display performance. You can user the select box to access them.

2) See in glpi/_files/log to see errors. There is a plugin where you use which you don't have a mysql database to use it.

3) Plugins are not developed with the same author tongue

4) hum...browser cache ? see glpi/_files/log

Means
1) We ll only see 12 items on the horizontal bar ??

2) There is only one log file saying this

*** MySQL query error :
***
Script: /glpi/install/install.php
SQL:
Error: Query was empty

3) Not a big issue for me either , i ll uninstall one

4) already stated what the log says

Re: Plug-In Issues

1) yes - glpi restrictions. But if you use certains plugins which can be used with meta-plugin network, you can group them to one plugin.
See network - Meta-plugin in http://glpi-project.org/wiki/doku.php?id=fr:plugins

2) this is already corected. Use last tarballs to test it

3) ahh no it's a dictionnary problem. I drop him.

4) No it's a dictionnary problem of load entity. I corrected it wink

Re: Plug-In Issues

One more question...... ( u must be tired i guess)

Can I set the default priority of all tickets to LOW (just like this massive action does ) because in my view all users will make their priority as HIGH (obviously)

Re: Plug-In Issues

My idea is that when any user logs a complaint (Ticket) , he should nt be able to set priority
and the default priority for each ticket should be "LOW", so that it properly escalets
