[SOLVED] email notifications are sent to users without a email address

GLPI sends (or at least tries to) email notifications to users without email.
notifications hang in the notification queue. in the `Recipient E-Mail` field they have user id.
is there some setting i overlooked, or this is a genuine bug?

sorry, it was me being silly. i've set ajax notifications up, and it was them, which hang in the queue.
please, mark this thread as solved or something.
