sla ticket processing planned

Good Morning,
alright?
Does the calling SLA when I select "PROCESSING (PLANNED)" because of third parties, does it keep counting the time or does it stop counting?

Because we have some outside vendors that need to fix some issues and this should not count as SLA time for the technician.
Is there any way to parameterize this way?
