Two easy questions about planning and documents

Dear all,
I just wondering how can I use the planning feature, I dont find any place to add my meetings, notes and so on to be shown on my planning, how can I use it?

The second question is about Documents feature, when I add a new document, there is an entry that says "Use a FTP installed file:", but it has "No file availabled" so what does it mean? how can I use it?

1) Use reminder for that

2) You could put files by FTP in the directory /files/_uploads

Hi JMD,

now, I understand how to use the second option

but about the first one, sorry, I still dont know where is the reminder, I just want to add some entries on the planning but I dont see the place to do that...
