Encoding in tickets by mail gateway - Bug?

Hello everybody!

Thanks for your great job!

Now we are using glpi in our network. I am from ukraine and I found a problem with encoding, using mail gateway.

When the language of the theme of the mail differs from the language of the body of letter then mail gateway creates tickets with abrakadabra (wrong encoding).

So how I understand - programm asumes, that language of theme of the letter and language of the body is the same and applies one encoding for the both.

How it can be fixed?

do you have php- mbstring installed ?

You use différents encoding for title and body of your mail ??

Our users can use different languages for theme and for the letter body.
And in this situation we have a problem in glpi. theme is ok, but body is not in right encoding.

I found that, when the subject of the letter is in english and body is in russian we have problem with encoding.

It takes encoding from the subject and translates body in the same encoding. And here appear these crazy signes
