Administration - transfert

hello,

sorry but I have not understand in Administration interface of GLPI ver 0.7rc2 the menu "transfert" - >

Is for migrate an object from Glpi Installation to another fresh GLPI installation?

Ok, but I not unterstand how.

In this form I can decide what I want to transport from an entity to another but how can I do that?
I try to find this issue under "rules"  but I dont find any massive action about this here and also in this page.
