Question about LDAP integration

Hello,
- Is possible in LDAP autentication mode automatically create the groups to which the user belongs when it is imported?

- an explanation of entity use : our company have operate in Italy an Germany - In germany we have 3 sites and in Italy we have 11 sites.
In glpi I have to set italy as entity an then every sites below or I have to create an entity for every sites?
