Migration Questions

Good morning,
I want to test the 0.7rc2 version in a semi-production environment.
Some question before start!

- Now we use the glpi 068.3 version with ocs 1.0rc3 and agent ver 4020. We have to migrate also OCS-NG before use glpi 0.7 version ?

- When update the db from old version all users and object in new version are in Root entity ?

- Can someone explain what correctly mean in users management the dropdown Recursive (yes/not). Is for the user that can view all the entity or not?

- I have search in forum but I've not find this: Is possible in this version insert an helpdesk from an email ? and if yes How?

thanks in advance
Benzi MAriano

The RC3 version is compatible.

If you have a tree of entities. a recursive right on an entity give the same right to the entity and to its sons
