Re: ticket deletion

You can delete a ticket when it has been associated with a piece of equipment, like a computer or server, but if the ticket has been opened with only a user associated with it. It seems to be permanent. Unless I am missing something

If I look at a ticket I've opened the delete option doesn't show up unless i go to the piece of hardware and delete it there.

It would be nice to delete a ticket thru the Administration > users I know ticket arn't associated with users yet. That would be nice.

Or Assistance > Tracking > and then searching thru the closed tickets.  Rather then just thru the hardware option.

Also I'm unaware if any of the functionality has changed with 0.70 RC1 I am using 0.68.
