This is in the enterprise section.
The manufacturers are the enterprises

I saw in the all menus and can't find enterprises or enterprise section. My section are: Inventory , Assistance, Management , Tools and Administration. Where can I find the enterprise section?

It's companies in English (sorry for bad translation upper).
See it in section management->Companies.

when you develop this application what mean for you manufacturer?
company which sell the equipment (computer, network, printer, etc) or company which made the equipment.

manufacturer = company which made the equipment.
The seller is defined in the commercial informations.
