Hello,
as in topic
http://www.glpi-project.org/forum/viewtopic.php?id=7613
I'am testing the installation plugin.
- Can someone explain to me what mean " Immobilization number:" ?
- Why whren I click on tabbet "ticket" I can't see the helpdesk linked?
I bielieve this plugin is for creation of a list of tipical installation with time. I'm correct ?
thanks for your reply.

Yes you are correct. This plugin is like use with project plugin. Add tasks...
For tickets you must to it in the tracking interface
But i do corrections this morning : with tomorrow tarball, uninstall ans install plugin :
There will be massive adding from tickets to the plugin
And adding tickets from install
For immobilization number : this is like computers on financial informations

Hello, I've retest the plugin and I see that you have removed the tabbet "ticket"
Only a question/suggestion:
Is a temporary modification? Should be interesting to have a list of a ticket/helpdesk connected to a tipe of installation ( opened/in progress/closed)
thanks

Note to people who have access to the translation API :
For information, when we speak about accountancy we don't say "immobilization" that is a bad word to word translation from french but "fixed assets".
just 2 cents
