Allow full seeker for user in groups

When the seeker of incidents is used for the users who cannot see all the incidents, the seeker is too simple, since only it allowed to select the state of the incidents in your incidents or yours groups. Whereas if you can see all the incidents you have a much more complete seeker.

Might it do that the simple seeker of incidents was like the avanced seeker but alone it was showing the incidents of the group to that the user belongs?

Ok, in 0.7RC2 it has been realized, and now there can be used a complete seeker and a simple seeker. Thank you very much for the work.
