Changing IP Adress of a client

Hello @all,

we working here with GLPI 0.68.3-2 and OCS 1.01 / OCS-Agent Version 4032.

When i change an IP adress of a client, OCS is recognize this and change this value in the IP adress field and in the config of the network adapter.

GLPI syncs with OCS and imports these new values. Instead of changing the IP value in the config from the network card, GLPI creates a new network card with the new IP and the same MAC Adress.

Is this a normal behaviour?

Made a mistake, GLPI create a new connection and not a new network card. Sorry.

Is this the normal way?
