Get User Picture (In Normal Profile)

Hi, i have a question/issue (i think).
Im trying to get a full session of an user who have a Normal Profile but i cant get the User Picture link.
This is allowed on normal profile through REST API? or there is a way to get it?

Yes, im breaking my head to solved, but i think the forum moderators are in silent mode ( joke ), i will try to get to adding a plugin but i dont think for this issue the answer was a plugin.  Regards!
