Fusioninventory-agent con SSL

Tengo el servidor del GLPI con SSL y no se pueden conectar el agente me da el siguiente error

[http client] communication error: 500 Can't locate object method "new" via package "LWP::Protocol::https::Socket"

el servidor en linux, y los agentes tengo en windows y linux
