Change name of field....

Where can I change the name of one field in the Usermanagemant. In this case for example "Phone 2". I want to change it to "Organisation"

I like to make changes in the language file to make it say what I want.  I simply change the translation.  Then I don't have to mess with the database.

But not all changes can go over this way, because Phone and Phone 2 works over the same value.

So this is in this case not possible.
