Can anybody tell me.
What is the meaning of the star in the fields
“name” and “inventory number”

Automatic coding of the fields Name, Number of inventory and Number of immobilization

The fields are filled automatically with creation if the field corresponding in the template contains a chain of formatting of the form : <XXX####X>

    *
      < and > in the beginning and the end of the format (indicate that it is about a format)
    *
      X represent an unspecified character
    *
      g : seek number among all the identical fields based on the same format
    *
      # : site of the number to be incremented (a number of figures equal to the number of #)
    *
      Y : year with 4 numbers
    *
      y : year with 2 numbers
    *
      m : month
    *
      d : day
