Adding Inventory utilizing BATCH method

How can I add a dollar amount to bulk or multiple item enteries?  Example:  HP45 cartridge purchase of 100, needs a value of 31.00 for all 100.  How can I enter this value for all 100 at one time, this would also seem to also apply to all inventory bulk items?

You could use dropdown massive action for that.
