let me first thank anyone who can help me out of this pickle.
This am I was adding plugins to GLPI - 4 total - untar & copy to plugins dir
After I logged out & went to log back in - I can't load the content.php page anymore - when run locally - this content.php page tries to load in text editor not browser.
What did I break & how did I break it - any assistance is greatly appreciated.

fixed this issue by removing plugins one by one - the Network architecture plugin was the issue.
Now I cannot launch views of devices that have been input - example if I click on the following link to a server identified as 750-1 - It opens a blank page w/ url below in field - nothing is displayed.
