Good morning,
my problem is that, that we open our own tickets after we have an intervention. So its nice that its possible to change the date and time by the ticket creation. But is it allso possible to change the closing time? I know that is normally not the way but in our Company we are the technican who use and administrate the GLPI and its often not possible to make everything in real time.

I would like the ability to change the date and time on the follow ups also.
