can't launch the server: child unresponsive for 5 seconds a

Hello,
I could not lift the glpi server
http: //xx.xx.xx.xx/glpi/plugins/fusioninventory/

I need to perform inventory of android phones in the company.
And install the flyve mdm agent apk on the phones, and from what I understand I must lift this url (http: //xx.xx.xx.xx/glpi/plugins/fusioninventory/) to be able to send the inventories from android devices .

I am right?
How can I solve the problem with the server url?
