Trying to add an item (in this example a monitor) in the project module by searching for serial number. I can see the serial numbers in the dropdown list but if you search for one it fails to bring back any results.
Does anyone know if this is a known bug or if there are any workarounds?

Hi Turboooo
It's this field here. The dropdown underneath monitor is the problematic field. When using the serial number of a monitor to search it brings back 0 results.
Hopefully that gives you more info.
Thanks

Which version of GLPI?
Is your monitor in the same entity as your project?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version
Certifiée ITIL (ITV2F, ITILF, ITILOSA)

Hi yllen,
Yes, it's the same entity. We use 9.3.4 version. I tried to use * symbol before the serial number, but that didn't work either.
