Cannot write at the dropdown boxes

Whenever we need to write on a dropdown box (i.e. If I try to link one ticket with other one) it becomes impossible to search on the list, all that we can do is to walk all through the list. Sometimes it is imposible, like if we try to locate an incidence, the list is veeeery long.

Our current GLPI version is 9.4.2 and this behaviour has been tested by all our technics and on IE, Edge, Firefox, Chrome & Opera browsers. The same problem has been detected at all the last versions of the GLPI software
