Plugins are disabling automatically after a while

After I upgrade to version 9.4.1, i'm having issues with a lot of plugins that are disabling automatically, i dont know why, all plugins are updated too.

You correct the folder Rights after the deployment of the the plugin version ?

yes, the Ownership are root:root, and the permissions 775 for all plugins.

root:root is normally false. It must be the apache user

changing ownership to apache: apache, the problem occurs more often.
