Mail notification for saved searches

Hi everyone,

Does anybody of you ever used the mail notification for your public saved searchs?
I did not receive anything for the one i tried to parameter... For information the notification works well for everything else like new ticket, new form, new task, etc...

This is what i've done:

- Create the saved search : tickets in "waiting" state for more than 1 month
- Configured the "saved search alert" which counts the tickets for this saved search, ">=1", active:yes

- Create the notification
  type : saved search alert
  event: the public saved search i've created
  gabarit: the one i've created with the good model/traduction
  recipients: a group with 3 users which currently receive notification for the other things

- Create the notification model suscited
- Activated the scheduled task "saved search alerts", make it run every 30mins

.. and with all that, i still don't receive any email for that saved search. Of course i checked and there is one ticket for this criterias, so the alert should be triggered

Did i forgot something?

I forgot to mention... GLPI Version 9.2.1

New information again...

I configured the same alert, but in the saved search, i switched the visibility to "private".
Then in the notification parameter, switched to the event "private switch alert", and recipient "user"
> it works ...

So i think the issue comes with the "public" saved search mode ?

I saw somewhere that the 9.2.2 version fixes some bugs about the saved search, i'll try my luck and update.

You probably have Saved Search notifications deactivated
Check them.

Hey,
The saved search alert was activated, and everything else as well. As i told, the notifications works with a "private" saved search, but not with a "public" one... (with same parameters set on each). I solved the problem by simply update GLPI 9.2.1 to 9.2.4, and now it works :-)

This is not the first day I’ve been trying to set up notifications for a saved search query.

What is done:
Saved search query, visibility- private, Do count - yes
Saved searches alerts - Notifications used: Saved searches, Оповещение персонального поиска
Saved searches alerts- Operator > Value 1 ; Active -Yes  ; Saved search- my saved search - with quantity 318
Notification - Saved searches -User
I'm not receiving notifications, what am I doing wrong?

I'm trying two versions 9,5 и 10.0.10
