multi-entity notification
Hello
In fact I put 2 entity (root and RH) on my GLPi, but the problem is that I do not receive the opening ticket notification ... on the 2nd entity
root entity: email address administrator support-informatique@hotmail.fr
HR entity: administrator email address helprh@hotmail.fr
could you tell me how to set my glpi so that I can get notifications on both entities please I'm really stuck

You must define notification in each entity
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
