Hi all
I have GLPI 9.2, and behaviors 2.0.2.
I enabled "Type of solution is mandatory before ticket is solved/closed", it works in a profile with update ticket permission, but if i have a profile without update permission, the "type of solution is mandatory" doesn't work.

If you don't have right to update a ticket you can't solve it. So the parameter will not be applied
