[SOLVED] Letter "n" in each end of line in the ticket opened by mail

When I open the ticket by mail in the text of ticket there is the lettere "n" in each end of line:

Hello, I trying to open ticket by mail.n
n
Thank youn
n
Nicolasn
n

How can I remove it?

The bug / bugs is/are fixed with 9.2.3.

Hi! I have the same problem in 9.5.11 when save edited content.
Could you write a solution?
In which file and what need to replace? Looks like in html.class.php...
