Hello.
Sorry for my bad English.
Please help for my problem.
When I created ticket by email that I recieved a notification.
But when selected Assigned then mail notification does not sent for Requester. Only Assigned received mail.
How to make sure that the Requester receives all the notifications

You can change this in setup - notification.
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.
