Is there any possibility to change the urgency (and if possible, also ticket type) of a new ticket if they can be created by sending an email?
We are using 9.2.2

You can do this with business rules.
You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.
