Hi,
I have configured a POP receiver. It works but when I force an "get email ticket now"
I obtain a pop-up which tell me that the email is refused.
I have put to yes the option "Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver)"
in "setup/general/assistance" but it not works again.
I also defined two GLPI users with same users with which I send and receive email but
also these aren't useful.
I have some doubt about the "Rules for assigning a ticket created through a mails receiver"
configuration. Is there any howto for this?
If not, there is some way to debug the mail receiving (and rule apply) process?

make sure than the email sender adress is different from glpi admin email. ( this happens sometimes when testing )

Hi,
thanks for you reply. The GLPI setup admin has account "glpi" (and no mail addr defined);
the user which I would assigned tickets has account and mail defined as "glpi@mydomain.com"
and has authorization "super-admin".
Is this acceptable?
