Good morning.
I am new using the application and i need help. Excuse me if the wording is bad but i speak spanish and i am using a translator.
I have parametrized notifications by mail for new and tickets update but the issue is not indicating the state of the incident in the subject. Just notify me the number of the ticket.
For Example [GLPI #0003892]
Try to do this by configuring notifications in the notification template option but i don't see the option to parametrize mail subjects. I only find a way to modify the template by means of CSS.

You have to change the subject field of the template
##ticket.action## ##ticket.title##
