Where do e-mails from unknown users end?

Hello,

If I have set:

Allow anonymous ticket creation (helpdesk.receiver) =no in setup>general>Assistance.

Where does theese e-mails fall?

We dont want unregistered users to creat tickets, but at the same time we want to make sure no e-mails are lost. Sometimes a user that is allow to creat ticket, send it from wrong e-mail adress.

Is tehere somekind of a junk queue?

Thank you for your answers

I think refused folder (mail subfolder in mailbox) if configured in other case deleted.

You can mark this threat as [resolved] in subject of your threat. (This is only available edit of the first post.) It is good for users who help others to quickly see which post is still open.

On google they just marked as read, archived and disappear from inbox... you will find them on all mails (cause google has no archive folder).

But THX to your question, I've figured out why there where'd created any tickets from my scanner ^^
