I want to use GLPI (9.1.3) for tech support only for users who have license for certain software. For that I think I need to link tickets to licenses, but I can't figure out how to do this.
Please tell me if it is possible to do this. I am planning to use mail receivers, but if it is possible only with tickets created through GLPI that would be very good too.
