Error - Loading Failed - Filter Ticket by Technician or by Requester

Hi friends !

After the Update to 9.1.7.1 version, the option to filter the tickets is not working correctly.

When I try to specify a technician or a requester it given me a loading failed error.

Any ideias ?

Debug mode -> Error log -> any entries ?
