I am an administrative assistant in a University and on a daily basis I use the GLPI system to manage tickets and as well as procurement (ordering, purchasing). I noticed that tickets can be associated with assets like computers or printers. But I failed to find a way to associate a purchase order to a ticket.
There is a drop down menu I can find in purchase order saying, "Associable to a ticket: Yes/No"
But I fail to associate the order to my desired ticket and vice versa.
Can you tell me how this can be done if possible?

Do you use a plugin for purchase ?
Where is "Associable to a ticket: Yes/No" ?
(We use a ticket for the order. A ticket which is a order is assigned to supplier)

The "Associable to a ticket: Yes/No" is in the order. I am not sure if we use a plugin for purchase when we have tickets though... hm...

Hello, sorry for the late reply but YES! This is the problem that I am referring to. But there is not yet a solution. We don't have the plug-in for this yet. Perhaps it has not yet been created?
