cron_mailgate creates the wrong time, 9.2

Hi everyone,
hope someone can help.  Searched for a solution allready in this forum, but couldnt find a solution for my problem:

cron_mailgate creates the wrong time (-2.00), after that, for the last changes, the normal time is assigned

Some ideas or a solution for this?

Try change value of receiver "Use mail date, instead of collect one" in setup->receivers to "No"
