Dear Users and Experts of Glpi,
We discovered a new behavior after upgrading from 9.1.2 to 9.1.5 and to 9.1.6.
Before we could link tickets to problems without issue, selecting the rights tickets.
Since the migration,
the option to link tickets to problem show only a small selection of last tickets, missing generally exactly all tickets we need to link.
Workaround, we actually are using directly the database to link identified tickets to the problem.
it works, but this is not the best way for technicians to manage.
did you get this problem and how to resolve?

Thanks a lot for your numerous replies,
we finally find the issue.
when creating a problem, the setup of option sub entity is by default no.
and because our tickets are coming from multi entities, we only view the ones created by our department.
