Hello team,
We are currently using GLPI version 0.91.6
Our problem occurs in the following circumstances.
A user (not defined in GLPI) sends an email destined to a defined collector.
The ticket is well created in the right entity.
2 email notifications are sent by GLPI.
The first email sent to our technical team has the correct URL to access the ticket via the GLPI website.
The second mail sent to the requester has an empty URL, the rest of the email is correct.
We encounter this problem regardless of the requestor, the addressed entity, etc.
Does anyone have an idea of the cause of this?
We would like the URL to be populated in all emails for both the technical team and the requester.
Thanks for your help.
Antoine

The same template is used by GLPI to send the email to the requester and the other email to the technical team.
The link is present in the email send to the technical team.

If you was getting problem with absense of your ticket link in the email and your GLPI has such user, you can set the "Allow anonymous followups (receiver)" in Setup/General/Assistance to "Yes".
