I can't view pending tickets.

I can't view pending tickets.
Users create tickets and they appear open or processing. But when I leave the ticket pending, it no longer appears on the screen.

Sometimes when I go out and enter the system again, only the pending tickets appear and the open tickets and processing tickets do not appear.

I need help correcting this problem
