Automatic Actions "queuedmail"

Hello good afternoon,

I updated at that time to Version 9.2 and I noticed that queuedmail and queuedmailclean, is not even running manual, have it run and nothing happens.
I tested it in several ways, CLI mode, GLPI and Manual and nothing happens.

First Step:
1. Enable debug mode in your preferences (you should be super-admin).
2. Go into the queuedmail automatic action (like above capture), reset it if currently running, and run it. If it is currently running and is in stuck nothing could work so cancel it.
3. If you see error messages (red background), you should retrieve the trace in your logs files (files/_logs/ directory).

Good Morning,

- Debug mode has been enabled (super-admin);
- I executed it manually, it seems to have no effect and nothing happens;
- Red banner is not displayed with Debug enabled;
- It is not generating log (files / _logs / directory)
- Remi Collet Repository (/ var / lib / glpi / files / _logs / (empty)

GLPI Version 9.2
CentOS 7.4
MariaDB 5.5

Hello.

I have a problem with "queuedmail" too.
When the "mailgate" opens a new ticket or when a ticket is closed, the e-mails get stuck on the "mail queue".
If I force the task manually then works.

I'm using task by CLI

It's as if "crontask or crontask.form" does not work or has no action.
Even in CLI or GLPI mode.

I think you have another problem. Wrong or not configured cron / scheduled task which you must have for cli. You can search in forum there are many threats that can help you.

@machadomall
you have run queuedmail manually and you have still notification ins mail queue ?

This problem just occurs just when update to version 9.2.
Now I'm using version 9.1.6 and it's working fine.

Hello,
Cron is configured on the server and it runs normally. Even running Queuedmail on a monthly basis the notifications are still there. It only works if I go to Notification Queue in Actions and have it sent.

Table: glpi_crontask
itemtype = QueuedNotification, name = queuednotification

The automatic action returns to normal operation.

- I think the update could not replicate this table.

Thanks for posting your solution.  That worked for me, as well.  It does appear the installer missed updating the queuedmail and queuedmailclean records.

Estou tendo o mesmo problema referente à rotina "queuedmail", ela só executa no modo manual.

Como não tenho familiaridade com o editor do SQL, estou tendo dificuldade de replicar seu procedimento.

Se for possível, poderia me mandar o script de edição colado aqui?
