Hi everybody,
Context:
Multiples entities in GLPI 9.1.2
Root Entity
-> Child1 Entity
-> Child2 Entity
I want to assign a computer of entity Child2 a ticket of Child1.
This was I tried:
I am positioned as technician on the Child1 Entity. My user has recursive permissions from root entity. I create a ticket in that entity. Now I position on View All and I access to the ticket. I want to assign a computer of entity Child2 for this ticket, but computer doesn't appear, is this possible?. That ticket is in Child1 entity but I though I could assign a computer of Child2 if I position in root entity.
Any idea how can I do this (if it's possible)?
Thanks in advance.

The ticket is created in child entity1 so you can only assign computer of this entity or computer in root entity and recursive

Normaly its not possible when u are already in the ticket. We have the same problem, but we using a "workaround":
- Open the Computer of child2 Entity
- Click on "Tickets" --> New Ticket for this Computer
- Now you can choose the User of the other Entity and write your ticket.

Not for us...i have tried it again..when i open a computer and than click on "New Ticket for Computer" the entity of the ticket at beginning is the root entity...there i can choose all users (from every child entity), after i choose a user from a child entity the ticket move into the entity of the user and the computer is still connected with the ticket....maybe its because of an existing rule for ticket assignment and not by default, but for us this works
