error when entering data in File Injection

When I enter the .cvs file in the File Inject it tells me this error "..At least one column is incorrect
Into the file: "NAME" From the model: NAME .. "
I have reviewed the file and all the fields are with the "", if the GLPI can help me the version is 9.16 and the File Injection 2.4.2

check if you have empty columns at the end( with no title) of csv file, then give a titel to these columns ( dummy1,dummy2)...

you have , as separato in title row and ; in the next rows.

yous csv file is not valid.

also :
"Serial number" of the hardware " => you have 3 " this is not correct also in the title : "Serial number" of the hardware ";
